My journey began when I moved to the United States with a dream and a deep passion for healthcare. Starting as an LPN, I worked my way up—earning my RN, completing my nurse practitioner degree, and gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of care: sub-acute facilities, long-term care, home health, hospital settings, and primary care clinics. Each role taught me the ins and outs of patient care and the gaps in the system. Fueled by a desire to deliver more personalized, accessible care, I launched my first clinic from scratch—and went on to build a second practice, both now thriving. Today, through Practice Pathway, I helps other FNPs and providers confidently follow a similar path to clinic ownership and independence.
